I’ve had a love affair with Vinyasa yoga since i first began to teach in 2008. In teaching flow type of yoga, I am interested in function, mindful alignment and accessibility. My teaching is informed by my years of personal practice, by studying varied approaches and styles of yoga, by being an eternal student of anatomy and by practicing with inspiring teachers. My weekly group class offering centers around a Mindful Flow practice, but if you wish to study with me privately, we can tailor the session to your specific needs.

These classes are accessible to all levels of students with a focus in mindful alignment and in creating a meaningful dialogue with your body. The classes are often structured around a part of the body, or build toward a peak pose with a gradual approach. The class flows at a moderate pace with ample room to modify the poses to fit your needs for the day.

The library has variety to choose from, both in style and in length of practice. You’ll find a section for Moderate Flow, Vigorous Flow and Gentle + Restorative practices. There are practices that have a bit of everything, like the Full Body Flow. Practices that focus on a particular body part like Inner+Outer Hips. Practices that are quick when you are short on time like Jumpstart Your Day or Brighten Your Morning. Practices that build toward a peak pose like the Side Plank Flow. Practices that can support you on the day when you need a softer approach like Wind Down Gently.
